Deploying DeepLX Locally

Please note that DeepLX essentially disguises itself to steal DeepL's API, making it unstable. If you encounter errors during use, and after confirming that the deployment is correct, please switch to other translation channels.

  1. Go to GitHub: https://github.com/OwO-Network/DeepLX/releases and download the appropriate version for your operating system.

  1. For example, after downloading deeplx_windows_amd64.exe on Windows 10, double-click to open it. If you see this interface, it means the deployment was successful.

1188 is the local listening port. Then, fill in http://127.0.0.1:1188 in the software interface. See the image below.

Important Notes:

Most AI translation channels may limit the number of requests per minute. If you encounter an error message indicating that you have exceeded the request frequency, you can set a pause time in seconds via the software's Menu -> Tools/Options -> Advanced Options -> Pause after translation. For example, setting it to 30 will make the software wait 30 seconds after each translation before proceeding to the next one, avoiding exceeding the frequency limit and causing errors.
