This site ( https://gladia.io ) offers 10 hours of free usage per month, supports over 30 languages, and the results are quite good. Register and log in for free with your email, then create an API key to use it.
Using Gladia for Speech Recognition and Subtitle Generation in the Software
- Open Menu -- Speech Recognition Settings -- Custom Speech Recognition API
Enter https://api.gladia.io in the API field.
Enter your API key in the Secret Key, Password, etc. field.
Please log in to https://app.gladia.io/account to create and copy your API KEY
- Select Custom Recognition API in the speech recognition channel, and then you can use it.
