Errors like the above typically occur during the dubbing stage, and the dubbing channel used is "edgeTTS". This is Microsoft's TTS service API used for the "Read Aloud" feature in the Edge browser. It's free to use, but recently, there seem to be new rate-limiting measures. A high volume of requests from the same IP address within a short period can trigger a 403 block, resulting in errors.

How to solve it?

First: Check if there is an updated patch package. If so, download and overwrite to upgrade, then test if the problem is resolved.

Second: If you know what a proxy/VPN/firewall is, then use it and enter the HTTP proxy address in the "Network Proxy" text box.

Third: As shown below, click "Dubbing Channel" and change the concurrency to 1 and the pause to 5 in the pop-up window. Reducing the dubbing speed can reduce the occurrence of errors.

Fourth: If the above methods do not solve the problem, you can change to other dubbing channels.
