Error Message: "No Audio Track Found"

You might frequently encounter errors like "Unrecognized, please check if the video contains an audio track." Here are the common reasons:

  1. The video genuinely lacks audio. Especially videos downloaded from YouTube, where video and audio are often downloaded separately and then merged. A download error could prevent the merging process, resulting in video with no audio.

Solution: Re-download the video and check if it has sound after downloading.

  2. Audio is present, but excessive background noise (e.g., street noise, concert recordings) prevents speech recognition.

Solution: Select the "Keep Background Sound" option or use a background noise removal tool to eliminate background noise beforehand.

  1. The selected "Original Language" does not match the language spoken in the video. For example, if the video features English speech, you should select "English" as the original language. Selecting "Chinese" will prevent accurate text recognition.

Solution: Re-select the "Original Language" to ensure it matches the language spoken in the video.
