Due to reasons you're aware of, these two services are not accessible normally within China. If you wish to use them, you must ensure you have a method for scientific internet access and have entered the network proxy address in the "Network Proxy Address" text box. Simply enabling global mode may not work; the safer approach is to manually enter it in the "Network Proxy Address" text box.
This text box is for entering the "Network Proxy Address," not your relay API address. Some users who use ChatGPT mistakenly enter third-party API relay addresses here, which will definitely cause errors. The API address should be entered in the "Settings Menu - Openai/ChatGPT Key" section.
